Hi, my name is JV Echanes. I started working full-time as an Executive Virtual Assistant on October 2016. I have 6 years total experience in the call center industry. And that's 3 years as a customer service representative, then 3 years as a support/team lead. I managed to have 2 or 3 jobs at the same time. When l was at the call center, I also taught Korean kids speak English thru Skype, I made research papers for International Students and transcribed Podcasts and Meetings.
It was back in October 2016 when I decided to work at home full tme. So I was referred by my previous colleague to a Virtual Assistant Services company. I learned a lot of things about how real estate investing works. I've had a couple of Clients, where i experienced answering phone calls, Create Contractors Lists, run of Comps, manage social media accounts, researching and publishing blogs, create email campaigns, building a website and others.
